MGAA was one of the first practices in the world to implement Building Information Modelling.

This 3D design software allows our clients the advantage of being able to see their building before it is built, & before it costs money to do so.

Drawings are then compiled from parts of this complete 3D model.  This approach promotes very high drafting productivity & produces accurate documentation as well as allowing us to integrate the latest in green technologies. This is an amazing feature that MGAA brings to every project.
